CC 50-L is a One Step Clean and Phosphate combination cleaner and iron phosphate compound. It provides excellent cleaning and phosphate coating at a temperature as low as 140°F. It may be used to clean ferrous and non-ferrous metals. However, the coating is effective on ferrous metals as the phosphate combines with the Iron from the ferrous metals to provide the Iron Phosphate coating.
The iron phosphate coating is crystalline in nature and provides for excellent paint adhesion for powder coat and wet paint applications.

Temperature: 100° – 180°F
Time: 3-8 minutes
pH: 3.8-4.8
