Chem-Crest 121 is capable of removing and dispersing oils, various polymeric acid and adhesive residues, paints, and particulates. It is a mildly alkaline, rinseable cleaner that is safe for most types of metals. Aluminum and copper must be tested first. It should not be used on plastics.
CC 121 is used as received without further dilution.
Operating Conditions:
Chem-Crest 121is used as received without further dilution. It can be heated up to 170°F. Consult first with Crest Ultrasonics if the process requires a higher temperature. The product can be re-circulated with filtration using a 3–5 micrometer Teflon® filter.
Storage Conditions and Disposal Materials:
Avoid freezing conditions. Handle with care. Avoid breakage of containers. The contaminated used material should be handled by a specialized water disposal company. Dispose of in accordance with Federal, State, and Local government regulations.
